Whenever a builder designs a structure which collapses and puts the client to death, the builder shall be executed.
Whenever the collapse of the structure causes the death of the client's son, the builder's son shall be executed.
If one of the client's slaves is killed in such an incident, the builder shall replace this loss by a slave of equal value.
If collapse causes property loss, the builder shall replace whatever is destroyed; since he did not provide for sufficient structural strength, he shall rebuild the house at his own expense.
Whenever a builder designs a structure with insufficient bearing capacity, such that a wall collapses, the builder shall reconstruct the wall in a reinforced manner at his own expense.
