3) Koordinierung der nationalen Bildung und Ausbildung mit dem Ziel einer technischen Harmonisierung und eine hohe Qualifizierung der Arbeitskräfte.
Damit soll sichergestellt werden, daß Klimatisierungs- und Kühlanlagen, die sorgfältig konzipiert und optimiert im Hinblick auf Konstruktion und Wartung : einen rationellen Energieverbrauch garantieren können; die Umwelt schützen mittels sowohl der Reduzierung und Abschaffung der Verwendung von CFCs als auch der Wärmeabgabe an die Atmosphäre; Vermeindung von Gefährdung der Nahrungsversorgung der europäischen Länder und; Schutz des Käufers und Verwenders von Anlagen gegen daraus resultierenden Kosten und Schäden.
Förderung der Entwicklung von Klimatisierungs- und Kühltechniken im weiteren Sinne mittels Kontakte und Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen sowohl nationalen Verbänden als auch anderen interessierten Verbänden und Institutionen.
Vertretung nationaler Verbände der Klimatisierung und Kühlung in Europa.
