To represent Home Warranty interests to parliamentary, government and civil service agencies and the institutions of the European Union and other international bodies.
To support Home Warranty representatives on the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), and other European standards making and consumer protection bodies.
To promote the benefits of construction guarantees and warranties at an international level.

2) Members must be actively involved in providing home warranties or show an interest in developing home warranty schemes.
The Association represents major home warranty organisations in Europe.
Its members issue a warranty on approximately 250.000 new homes per annum.

3) Die Mitglieder müssen aktiv tätig sein auf dem Gebiet der Verleihung von Wohnungsbaugarantien bzw. ein Interessen bekunden an der Entwicklung von Wohnungsbaugarntiesystemen.
Die Vereinigung vertritt die namhaftesten europäischen Organisationen der Wohnungsbaugarantie.
