2) The organs of the Association are : the General Assembly, the Managing Committee, the Secretariat.
The General Assembly is composed of delegates appointed by each member association.
The General Assembly possesses all power.

3) Die Organe der Vereinigung sind : die Generalversammlung, der Verwaltungs-Ausschuß, das Sekretariat.
Die Generalversammlung wird aus den Delegierten gebildet, die von jedem Mitgliedsverband abgeordnet werden.
Die Generalversammlung hat alle Befugnisse inne.

2) There shall be two categories of membership of BING :
Ordinary membership shall be open to national trade associations representing manufactures of rigid polyurethane foams and raw material suppliers.
Associate membership shall be open to associations of the suppliers of raw materials, chemicals and other materials and machinery used in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams if there is no possibility of their representation through their national association.

3) Es bestehen zwei Kategorien Mitglieder im BING :
Ordentliche Mitglieder : nationale Verbände, die die Hersteller von Polyurethan-Hartschaum oder die Zulieferer von Rohstoffen vertreten.
Assoziierte Mitglieder : Hersteller von Rohstoffen, Chemikalien und Maschinen, die bei der Herstellung von Polyurethan-Hartschaum verwendet werden, insbesondere dann, wenn diese nicht über ihre nationalen Verbände vertreten werden.
