2) COBATY is a federating and co-ordinating organisation and whole its action is conducted by its willingness to enable and second the dialogue and the development of co-operations between the economic actors and the public authorities.
The presence within the different associations of COBATY International of various experts such as lawyers, financers, contractors, architects, manufacturers of materials, geometriciens, planners, allows the creation of synergies which respond to the challenge of this necessary dialogue.

2) COBATY International is a non-profit making entity federating the different national Cobaty organisations or delegations.
This entity is conducted by an Administration Board.

Sie wird durch einen Verwaltungsrat geleitet.

2) COBATY International is a structure determined for dissemination of European informations which are necessary for inciting reflections of each of its members.
In parallel it allows the development of "Cobaty National" associations within the frame and respect of the ethic chart, by e.g. taking part in the dynamisation of congresses, seminaries and international fairs.
It also tends to second SMEs of the construction sector and of planning through the setting up of European Centres (e.g. in Lebanon and Morocco : the European Centres of Building and Industry).
COBATY International is member of the network of Euro-Info Centre, member of the network of BC-Net, member of the network BRE.

3) COBATY International ist eine Struktur bestimmt zur Verbreitung von europäischen Informationen, die notwendig sind, die Überlegungen bei jedem seiner Mitglieder anzuregen.
Gleichlaufend dazu erlaubt sie die Entwicklung von "Cobaty National"-verbänden im Rahmen eines Ehrenkodex, und zwar über Teilnahme in der Belebung von Kongressen, Seminaren und internationalen Ausstellungen.
Sie ist auch bestrebt, den KMU des Bau- und Planungssektors behilflich zu sein durch Errichtung Europäischer Zentren (z.B. in Libanon und Marokko : die "europäischen Zentren für Bau und Industrie").
COBATY International ist Mitglied des Netzes der Euro-Info Zentren, Mitglied des Netzes des BC-Net, Mitglied des Netzes BRE.
