Aim
1) Traiter les affaires de l'industrie européenne de la chaux présentant un intérêt commun et représenter les intérêts des producteurs européens de chaux vis-à-vis des administrations de l'UE et des autres organismes supranationaux.

Organisation
1) Les instances de l'EuLA sont : le Comité directeur et plusieurs groupes de travail : le GT Technique , le GT CO2/Législation en matière d'environnement, le GT MTD, le GT Traitement des eaux et le GT Stabilisation de Sols.

2) The bodies of EuLA are : the Steering Committee and several Working Groups : the Technical WG, the CO2/Environmental Legislation WG, the BAT Task Group, The Water Treatment WG and the Soil Stabilisation WG.

3) Die Organe der EuLA sind : der Lenkungsausschuß und verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen : AG Technik, AG CO2 /Umweltschutzgesetzgebung, BAT Task Group, AG Wasseraufbereitung und AG Bodenstabilisierung.

Activities
1) L'EuLA organise des échanges d'expériences parmi ses membres, dissémine des bulletins d'informations, et organise des conférences sur les sujets importants pour ses membres.
Il représente l'industrie de la chaux au Raw Materials Supply Group (DG Entreprise).

2) EuLA organises the exchange of technical experience among its members, disseminates information, and organises conferences on issues important to its members.
It represents the lime industry on the Raw Material Supply Group (DG Enterprise).

3) Die EuLA organisiert den technischen Erfahrungs- und Informationsaustausch unter ihren Mitgliedern und organisiert Konferenzen über Themen, die für die Mitglieder wichtig sind. Sie vertritt die Kalkindustrie in der Arbeitsgruppe Rohstoffversorgung (DG Unternehmen).

Brochure technique "L'utilisation de l'hydroxyde de calcium dans les procédés à sec en vue de l'élimination des polluants acides gazeux dans les incinérateurs de déchets urbains et industriels" en allemand, anglais, français et italien.
Actes des 1ères, 2èmes et 3èmes Journées techniques européennes de la chaux (1992, 1996, 2000).
A ses membres, l'EuLA envoie régulièrement des lettres d'information.
