2) The subjects of special interest for the construction industry are dealt with in three Commissions (Economical/Legal, Social and Technical) which have created subcommissions charged with in depth analyses of the relevant problems.
Other specific organs are : ad hoc group "CEEC" (Central and Eastern European Countries), the Co-ordination Group "SME" and the Group "Urban Development".
International subjects (not European) are dealt with by the "European International Contractors" (EIC) located in Berlin (Germany) which has been an ancient standing committe of FIEC.
EIC is closely linked to FIEC by an agreement protocol.
Member of the Contact Group of the DG Enterprise Construction Contact Point.

3) Die Fragen von besonderem Interesse für die Bauwirtschaft werden in drei Kommissionen (Wirtschaft/Recht, Soziales und Technik) behandelt.
Diese haben zur tieferen Analyse der einzelnen Probleme Untergruppen gebildet.
Andere spezifische Organe sind : die ad hoc Gruppe "CEEC" (Central and Eastern European Countries), die Koordinierungsgruppe "KMB" und die Gruppe "Stadtentwicklung".
Internationale (nicht-europäische) Fragen werden von der EIC "European International Contractors" mit den Sitz in Berlin (Deutschland) behandelt, die früher ein ständiger Ausschuß in der FIEC war.
EIC ist durch ein Übereinkommen eng mit FIEC verbunden.
Mitglied der Kontaktgruppe des Bau-Kontaktpunkts in der GD Unternehmen.
