2) The bodies of UEPC are : the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the President, assisted by four Working Committees, made up of representatives of the different member countries : the Committee "Law and Environment", the Economic Committee, the "Design and Development" Committee, and the "Communication" Committee.

It is also a member of the European Construction Forum, one of the founding members of the European Housing Forum, a member of the FOCOPE (Forum in the European Parliament for Construction) and member of the Contact Group of the DG Enterprise Construction Contact Point.
It is frequently consulted by CEN (European Committee for Standardisation) and the SCC (Standing Committee for Construction).
UEPC is a member of the Working Group on Sustainable Construction in the Framework of the European Commission Study on the Competitiveness of the Construction Sector.

Sie ist ebenfalls Mitglied des "European Construction Forum", Gründungsmitglied des "European Housing Forum", sowie Mitglied des FOCOPE (Forum in the European Parliament for Construction) und Mitglied der Kontaktgruppe des Bau-Kontaktpunkts in der GD Unternehmen.
Sie wird häufig vom CEN (Europäisches Komitee für Normung) und vom Ständigen Ausschuß des Bauwesens zu Rate gezogen.
